Our stay at Hostel Wasabi Osaka Bed With Library was absolutely amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the friendly host, who spoke English fluently and provided great recommendations. The abundance of guides made exploring the area so much easier. We loved the complimentary postcards, soft drinks, and soup, which added a nice touch. The library was a standout feature, even though most books were in Japanese. The lounge area with a TV was a great place to relax. Borrowing umbrellas was a sweet gesture, and the strong lighting at our beds was much appreciated. The location was convenient, close to shops and food, and finding the hostel from the station was a breeze. The option to borrow straighteners made us feel empowered.

The hostel offers breakfast options which you can pre-order the day before, including sandwiches, matcha pancakes, and rice balls. The library is a nice bonus, even though the English section could be improved. The bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated, with good water pressure in the showers. The bed futons are comfortable, and there are small lockers to store your valuables. Free toothpaste and toothbrush packs are available.

Be aware that the capsule beds can feel stuffy as there is no fan ventilation. The walls between the capsules do not reach the ceiling, which means privacy might be a concern.
